PURCHASING POLICY

All prices are based in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where available, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience.

Final transaction amounts may vary depending on your payment provider and exchange rates.

All prices include GST where applicable.

Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout.

USE OF PRODUCTS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

PRODUCT QUALITY & STORAGE

All Prolong Lash™ products undergo stability testing to ensure they remain effective under standard storage and shipping conditions. As with all cosmetic products, we recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to maintain optimal quality.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with eye-area products, we do not accept returns on opened items for change of mind.

However, if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY
